Hard ground

Place the peg between your feet to stop the peg moving as pressure is applied via the drill. Do not place too much pressure on the peg, if the ground is very hard try the next tip.

Very hard ground

First pilot a hole using an old drill bit (it does not have to be a masonry bit as long as it is approximately 5/16" -8mm diameter).

With the hole drilled the wurmi peg can now be driven in with the hand driver.

A great advantage of a wurmi peg is that it is not necessary to fully drive the peg into the ground.

As long as the peg is gripping and the threaded part is below the surface, simply move the white clip down to ground level and apply your pegging rubber or guy.
